Diagnostic Devices

Whether new or used, purchased from us or elsewhere – we will take care of fast, careful maintenance and repair of your ultrasound diagnostic or ECG systems as well as other equipment.

Thanks to regular training, our experienced service technicians always work according to the latest standards and ensure that your diagnostic equipment is always repaired professionally and according to manufacturer specifications. Our extensive stock of spare parts enables us to carry out repairs quickly. However, should this take longer, we will of course provide you with a suitable loaner device to tide you over.

Maintenance and Safety Inspection

Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the long-term performance of your medical devices and the safety of your patients. As an operator, you also have a legal obligation: the Medical Devices Act stipulates that certain systems must be inspected at least every two years – the safety check (STK). This applies, for example, to ECG, stimulation current therapy and ultrasound devices as well as defibrillators. In addition, some devices, such as those used to measure blood pressure, are subject to mandatory metrological control (MTK, formerly calibration). Non-medical electrical products within the practice or clinic must also be checked regularly as part of the accident prevention regulations (UVV).

We will be happy to advise you on the exact specifications that apply to your equipment and implement all the necessary control measures quickly. This means you can rely on your equipment and concentrate fully on your day-to-day business.

We offer maintenance and repair services tailored to your needs – far beyond the minimum requirements of safety or metrological control. Probes Repair

Ultrasound probes are sensitive electronic components that are exposed to mechanical stress on a daily basis. Even with proper handling, this sooner or later leads to signs of wear or even damage. Often, however, the valuable components can be repaired, thus saving costs. We are happy to check this with a detailed analysis of your probes, especially the processed crystals with regard to homogeneity and sharpness as well as the tightness of the coating.

If a repair is no longer possible, you will find a replacement with us. In addition to ultrasound probes in mint condition, we also offer you inexpensive used products of all well-known manufacturers, which have been completely reconditioned and meet all safety requirements. Constancy Test of your Ultrasound Device

The Ultrasound Agreement (USV) stipulates the obligation for regular constancy testing by the Associations of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians for the ultrasound systems used in SHI-accredited medical care. This is to ensure continuous high performance with regard to the technical image quality of the ultrasound systems.
